I have a few bedrooms available that I'm subletting for the summer in a really nice condo. Each room is furnished with a bed, clothing drawers, and a desk. My partner and I just bought the condo, and we're just hoping for some responsible people for the summer, so we're renting the rooms inexpensively. The place is in Hyde Park, so a bit far from downtown--but it's a 1 to 2 minute walk to the green line (what we both use to commute downtown to work; super easy access to all of the big firms/the loop).

If you're interested in details (pictures, prices) shoot me a PM! I'm a UofC law student; she's a consultant; we're both super chill. We'll be there for the summer also.

I'm probably late to the party, but I'm looking for an apartment in NYC, preferably within a half-hour subway commute of FiDi. Starting in mid-May and ending in late July. It would also be great if I could keep rent below $2k while still being in a safe area.

I have an apartment in Austin that I'd be willing to swap, but I doubt anyone would be interested (smaller city and lengthy commute), and swapping is not a prerequisite at all.
