Looking for something in Seattle (sublet, couch to crash on, don't care really but I'm poor) from late May - end of July.

Subletting my studio in Baton Rouge for the same time frame (hour drive to NOLA if you're going to be in that area and want something cheaper than what you'll find there.

Hi ppl. I'm looking for an Arlington, VA sublet to begin either the week of May 21 or May 28 (could also conceivably start on June 6 if necessary) and end around July 31.

Prefer to be on the orange line, as close to Ballston as possible. Hoping to not exceed $1300/month. Studio is fine.

I'm at Northwestern and am a chill dude and financially responsible. Will pay cash up front.

Thx!

DC.

I'm looking to summer sublet a studio, 1br, or 2br (I may have a classmate also looking for a room) in DC. Preferably near NoMa-Gallaudet or Union Station or a red line stop. I'm not opposed to other apartment-mates, but would prefer female.

Hey, guys!

**DC**
I have 1 bedroom in a 3 bedroom luxury apartment in DC. The building is brand new and has a restaurant, Spanish wine bar, gym, rooftop pool, a business center with free printing, BBQ grills, billiard room, and a party room. A coffee shop and a grocery store across the street, as well. It is next to a beer garden that is ranked one of the best in the nation, so that's fun, too. Not to be too housing discriminatory, but this opportunity is open to women only as my two roommates are women, and you would be sharing a bathroom with one. Both roommates are quiet and never home -- one works for PriceWaterhouseCooper and the other one is a consultant.

The apartment is 4 blocks from Downtown, 2 blocks from the green line metro stop, and 3 blocks from the yellow line stop. It's in Shaw, which is the "hottest" neighborhood in the city! It's close to U street bars and restaurants and is packed with new restaurants along 7th street. The room would come furnished. I'm asking $1480. PM me with any questions.

I'm looking for a place in NYC, so if you're down to swap that's great, too! The building is called Jefferson Marketplace -- feel free to check it out :)http://jeffersonmarketplace.com/

Hi guys,

I'm a Canadian law student looking for a sublet in Manhattan from early May through July. I'm hoping to find a 2 or 3BR, but I know this might be difficult.

Please PM if you've got something.

Edit: should probably mention that a 1BR/studio would be totally legit as well.

***BOSTON***

Looking to sublet my fantastic place in Union Square in Somerville, MA. Just up the street from major bus lines to the T (green or red lines) and all the wonderful amenities of Union Square. 5-minute walk to Market Basket, 12-minute walk to Target, and about 20-minute walk to Harvard Square. Easy access to Davis Square and into Boston. Street parking available with guest permit. Absolutely wonderful, safe neighborhood.

Room is in a shared apartment (private room, shared bathroom) that's nicely furnished. The room has an incredibly comfortable queen size bed, nightstand and alarm clock, desk, whiteboard, plenty of lighting. Apartment is spacious, with a comfy living room, dining room, kitchen and pantry, as well as plenty of closet space. Kitchen is very well-stocked. Laundry in building. Roommate is a delightful, friendly student at Harvard Law who will be spending her summer at a law firm in Boston.

$1200/month, includes all utilities. Available from beginning of May to end of August, dates flexible. Females preferred.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
