Looking for something in NYC, working in Midtown but flexible on location. I'd prefer a private place but beggars can't be choosers. Please pm me if you have something, I only have money to offer in return.

Have a studio in a great building in DuPont circle available from May to August. Dates Flexible. Very new building with great amenities, pet friendly and arguably most desirable location in DC. Stainless steel appliances, fully furnished, and all utilities included in rent. A couple blocks from all the major firms on K street.

Looking for place in midtown Manhattan from 5/26 - 7/31. Thanks!

Still looking for something anywhere in the DC area within 10-15 minute walk from a red line station (or centrally located). Wanting either a studio or 1br with no roommates, or a private area in a house. Can only rent from 5/8-7/5 (ish).

Looking for a place anywhere near the lower east side/alphabet city, fidi, or brooklyn heights.

I'm not optimistic about a swap on here but has anyone had luck using a broker/company/website that's not padmapper or craigslist? Any recs appreciated.
