DC sublet from May 1st-Aug 7th. Dates are flexible
In addition to a rooftop pool, 24 hour gym, and computer room, you'll have free printing, BBQ grills, billiard room, and a party room. It's about a 12 minute walk to the White House and Whole Foods, 10 minutes to the train, and will come with the use of a bike, conference and billard room, and includes a concierge. Available starting May 2nd. 55" flat screen with Netflix and hbo go. You can use my bike to get around or you're a ten minute walk to the subway. You're a few blocks from the infamous 14th street with clubs and bars. You'll have a private bathroom and access to a washer and dryer. This is a 2 bedroom and my roommate will still be using the other room. He is a law student. Contact me for pictures.

I have an apartment available for sublet in DC.

Apartment:
Two bedrooms available in a 1,500 square foot, three bedroom, two bathroom, apartment. Full kitchen, 6-chair dining room/nook, and living room. Living room has 2 couches, 40 inch tv, xbox, speaker system. Also has cable with all the movie channels.

Bedroom 1: Queen sized bed with dresser, desk, and two walk-in closets. Private master bathroom with double sinks and linen closet.
Bedroom 2: Queen sized bed with dresser and walk-in closet. Bathroom is connected with the bedroom, but is also the main apartment bathroom for 3rd bedroom + guests.

Building:
Building is the Avalon located at 770 5th Street NW. Newly renovated gym, yoga studio/spin room. Also has a concierge, guest amenity room, and an awesome full roof-top terrace.

Location:
Across the street from the Verizon Center, 3 minute walk to the heart of Chinatown, including Gallery-Place/Chinatown Metro Station (easy access to anywhere in the city). Walking distance to the Capitol, Washington Monument and White House.

Dates:
Move-in: Early May.
Move-out: Mid-August

Other Information:
The third bedroom will be occupied by another law student.

Price:
Bedroom 1: $1,500 + utilities
Bedroom 2: $1,200 + utilities

Utilities should be ~$100-$120 per month per bedroom.

NYC Sublet Available

Subletting a fully furnished studio (w/ fully stocked kitchenware, utilities, cable, wifi all included) that is extremely clean, modern, and quiet in NYC. It's near Columbia and will be available from late May until August. Rent will be around 2,000.
