If I get the internship I want - won't know for another 4-6 weeks - I'll have a place in Lubbock available and will need a place in Dallas area - preferably in or near Collin County. Can't imagine anyone fits this description here but figured I'd put out some feelers early so I'm scrambling less in April.

In addition to a rooftop pool, 24 hour gym, and computer room, you'll have free printing, BBQ grills, billiard room, and a party room. It's about a 12 minute walk to the White House and Whole Foods, 10 minutes to the train, and will come with the use of a bike, conference and billard room, and includes a concierge. Available starting May 2nd. 55" flat screen with Netflix and hbo go. You can use my bike to get around or you're a ten minute walk to the subway. You're a few blocks from the infamous 14th street with clubs and bars. You'll have a private bathroom and access to a washer and dryer. This is a 2 bedroom and my roommate will still be using the other room. He is a law student. Contact me for pictures.

I posted a while back, but I'm looking for a non-shared apt in NYC, closer to Midtown the better.

My apt in DC is available for swap or sublet: http://washingtondc.craigslist.org/doc/ ... 16042.html

Looking for a pet-friendly place in Boston for June + July. Willing to swap for my place in Chicago (River North), but I wouldn't be able to vacate until June 6 and I would need to be back July 29.

Looking for a place in or near New Haven, preferably fully furnished. I don't have a place to offer in return, but I'm clean, responsible and pet-free. I need the place from late May-end of July.

Looking for pet-friendly studio/1BR in DC, preferably in the foggy bottom area, from mid May to early August.
I have a studio in NYC: Roosevelt Island, convenient travel to Manhattan via F train (4 stops to time square) and tram (which is really a cool thing!).
Monthly rent 1900 including all utilities and high speed internet.
Fully furnished with queen size bed and a TV. Individual kitchen and bathroom (24/7 hot water supply).
Available from May 18th to early August.
PM me if interested~

I'll be in Charlotte, got a spot in Noda (North Davenport) about 1.5 miles from uptown. Nice spot, splitting with another Law student for about 1k / month furnished w/ utilities, gym membership, and parking.

I'm looking to sublet my 1BR apartment in Dallas if anybody has a clerkship here this summer! It's really nice-- fully furnished, hardwood floors, w/d unit, 830 sq ft, and pet-friendly. PM me if you are interested.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
