I'm looking for a place in (or around) Dallas. If you have or know of anything, please let me know. I have a 2-bedroom, 2-bath I share with Robb^; any combination of Dallas/NYC/Chicago and/or straight $ works.

More about our place: the building is nice. It used to be a hotel, and a dorm, but it was renovated and just opened as an apt in 2013. It's in Hyde Park, but that means you get a nice place without spending $$$, and the Metra is a short walk away. Our unit is a corner unit and overlooks the lake.

Very nice 1BR in downtown Chicago still available. Central location at the corner of Columbus Dr. and E Wacker Dr. 950 sq ft, updated kitchen, floor-to-ceiling windows, view of lake and Millennium Park. PM for questions/pictures.

If you're going to have a car, I recommend not living in DTLA, but rather somewhere like Miracle Mile or the West Side. DTLA is...ew.

No car yet sadly. I'd be down with hollywood due to the red line as well.

That's a much better alternative. Try not to live in DTLA, it's dirty and boring. They are also extending the Wilshire/Western Metro line out to the West Side, which will make living out there much more appealing.

Subletting a fully furnished studio (w/ fully stocked kitchenware, utilities, cable, wifi all included) that is extremely clean, modern, and quiet in NYC. It's near Columbia and will be available from late May until August. Rent will be around 2,000. PM me for more info as I can send over pictures and list of room and building amenities (24/7 doorman, study lounges, etc).
Please PM for pictures/additional details.

Hey everyone,

I'm looking for a 2 or 3 BR apartment in Manhattan for the summer (May 24 - Aug. 1), but can be somewhat flexible with dates! PM if you're looking to sublet or know someone looking to sublet! Thanks!

Offer: one-person share in a 2-bedroom apartment near Columbia. Clean, wood floor, fully furnished with new Ikea stuff. Available mid May-end August. located in Morning side heights, convenient public transport to midtown and downtown and practically anywhere in NYC.

Want: a room to sleep in, reasonably near (or easy to commute to) century city, LA. Do not want to share bedroom, but happy to share kitchen, bath etc. Will be often away for weekends.

I would love to swap but will also sublet separately. The rent for my apt in NYC is 1K.

I don't know if this would be feasible as most people want to sublet for the entire summer but I will only need a sublet from Mid May - Mid June. Please let me know if you are also in such a unique position as to be able to sublet for the term specified. I unfortunately do not have a sublet to offer. Thank you!

Good point! This would be for NYC, preferably mid-town. Thanks again!

Still looking for someone to split with me. I'll be in DC from May 17-June 20 and NYC June 20-Aug 1. If anyone is doing the reverse split in either city, and might to go in on a place for the summer, let me know.

DC sublet from May 1st-Aug 7th. Dates are flexible
In addition to a rooftop pool, 24 hour gym, and computer room, you'll have free printing, BBQ grills, billiard room, and a party room. It's about a 12 minute walk to the White House and Whole Foods, 10 minutes to the train, and will come with the use of a bike, conference and billard room, and includes a concierge. Available starting May 2nd. 55" flat screen with Netflix and hbo go. You can use my bike to get around or you're a ten minute walk to the subway. You're a few blocks from the infamous 14th street with clubs and bars. You'll have a private bathroom and access to a washer and dryer. This is a 2 bedroom and my roommate will still be using the other room. He is a law student. Contact me for pictures.
