Looking for an apartment or room in shared house anywhere close to a metro that will get me to Union Station in DC (I'm open to living in VA, MD, etc.) I'd like to spend no more than 1k a month. My dates are May 25th-Aug 2nd but I can stay on a friend's couch for a bit if the dates are a few days off of what would work for you.

Am renting out my studio (fully furnished with a queen-sized bed, sofa, tv, kitchen things, etc. in law-student housing). But here's the catch: am only going to be gone May 31st-June 28th. if you can find a place for the rest of the time you're in NYC, I'm willing to subsidize/discount part of the rent.

Nice little studio in Philadelphia, near Penn's campus. Easily accessible to Green lines to Center City (1-5 minute walk depending on line) and 5-7 min. walk to blue line subway to Center City. I am looking for a place in Houston, definitely for first-half of the summer (possibly full). Anywhere relatively close to downtown would work great - midtown, upper kirby area, washington, rice village, etc.

I have a place in Austin for swap/sublease. It is a very nice 1,087 sq. ft. 2BR 2B apartment just north of campus and a 5 minute drive downtown.
