One bedroom in a condo building in Newark, NJ.

It works for someone working in NJ or Manhattan. It's 20 minutes to the City (from Newark Penn Station to Penn Station) or you can take the Path to World Trade. It is probably best for someone who doesn't want to pay the rent cost associated with living in the City and doesn't mind a 20-30 minute commute.
