In-House Recruiters - Any suggestions?

Post by farve989 » Wed Dec 06, 2023 6:20 pm

Hey - Looking for some suggestions. Having a hard time parsing what's out there currently. I'm currently in-house, 2019 grad, got the job from a posting from a recruiter. Company is mid-sized startupy and I don't think we are doing very well and there isn't much room for growth in my current role. I want to proactively begin looking for a new gig. I'd like to use a recruiter as I don't have a lot of time. Anyone use a recruiter to switch in-house jobs? Any suggestions would be appreciated. I fear using the big recruiting firms a la ML&A since I haven't liked the conversations I've previously had with them. The recruiters mightttt be 22 years old and they don't seem to know much.

Thanks!
