Interested in Antitrust and Appellate Lit. Would be OK with general commercial lit. Sent CoA clerkship apps last week (I'm in FedSoc) but haven't heard anything. Planning to throw secondary markets in throughout the list. Thanks in advance.

Do yourself a favor-- bid some NYC. 90% odds you get DC, but why risk it? Not bidding NYC is a recipe for disaster.

If you have no ties to DC and you're not at V (where DC is the 'local' market), I would definitely bid NY (or Bay Area if Berkeley). don't want to strike out

not worried about striking out due to one of the above, but plan to bid some DC just to be safe. should i bid NYC offices of firms I've already bid or more "safety" firms?Anonymous User wrote: ↑Thu Jun 23, 2022 2:21 pmIf you have no ties to DC and you're not at V (where DC is the 'local' market), I would definitely bid NY (or Bay Area if Berkeley). don't want to strike out
