Waitlisted at an international test center, what to do?

just got my June score and rushed to register a retake but the nearest test center is full. I know in the US LSAC will try to place the waitlisters to somewhere within 100 miles. but here in Asia it is like only one test center in each country. does anyone had similar experience what does LSAC do in this situation do I get a guarantee of the seat like in North America or it will be no seat and refund? thx!
