LR -5, -2, LG -2, RC -3. I'm not unhappy with it seeing as I've only covered half the LG material and like 1/4 of the LR types.Anon-e-miss wrote:Awesome job! I'm at about the same place myself.littlelibertine wrote:Just took my second PT (40, timed): 169

I'd be okay with this. Hopefully it would put pressure on other markets so Chi ends up at the same placedj9i27 wrote:BL needs to bite the bullet and go to 200 base especially for NYC. fuck after reading some threads it should be 220 for NYC.

depending on your school and the way they do things, it definitely can be confusing.CottonHarvest wrote:Why do I find the Transcript Request Form in CAS to be confusing?
I actually have three schools that will have to send transcriptsMikey wrote:depending on your school and the way they do things, it definitely can be confusing.CottonHarvest wrote:Why do I find the Transcript Request Form in CAS to be confusing?
when I was on the phone with LSAC once having them answer some questions, they said that my school does the online submission only, but that I had to do some shit with additional paperwork by fax and other stuff online because my school uses a certain system. idk, it was stupid af.

Thanks! Did you have the option to enlarge the screen with your fingers like you can with an iphone or an ipad?TWiiX wrote:basically it was split into two screens. the left half the screen was the passage (which was scrollable) and the right side was the answer choices, which was also independently scrollable.ngogirl12 wrote:Was the RC/LG on the same page (tablet version) as the questions? Or did you have to go back and forth with pages for the questions/game?
Yeah that is a strong score already. I assume you're aiming for 173+ but LR is easy to improve on (I found the PS Bible for helpful), and your performance in RC is as good or better than many 173+ scorerslittlelibertine wrote:LR -5, -2, LG -2, RC -3. Yep, me too. 200k in CHI makes you a legit one percenter. In MFH you suckers can finally crack the upper middle class.chargers21 wrote:If they up it to 200k, that invisible billable hours threshold will creep up even more.
But as a future lawyer, I hope they up it. 4 firms in my preferred city followed NYC to 180, and maybe they'll do it again. With low COL there, I'll be debt free and swimming in cash in no time
What they publish isn't higher, but we won't really know if the real number has changed until a full year has passed under the new pay scale and people start complaining about getting axed for performance on here. I think hour expectations went up when they went to 160kAlexandros wrote:Is the billable hours expectation higher under 180k than it was under 160k?chargers21 wrote:If they up it to 200k, that invisible billable hours threshold will creep up even more.

Charlotte is even more drastic, but I'll probably wind up in Chicago anywaysdm1683 wrote:Yep, me too. 200k in CHI makes you a legit one percenter. Hell, I'd wager it'll be 200k by the time you go into law in 14 yearsAlexandros wrote:Hmm, ok.chargers21 wrote:What they publish isn't higher, but we won't really know if the real number has changed until a full year has passed under the new pay scale and people start complaining about getting axed for performance on here. It was 160k for nine years, so I'm not gonna hold my breath for a jump to 200k, but one can hope.
