The amount of people who've gotten bumps to full-rides late in the cycle is making me see the value of putting off making decisions.dj9i27 wrote:HOW AND WHY

I'd recommend it. After a period of a couple of months, drinking 4-5 times a week, I stopped, and I feel much better now.Alexandros wrote:totally unrelated but I'm gonna try to stop drinking alcohol on weekdays.

The WUSTL trap is interesting. I'm from the midwest and hadn't heard of it until I looked into LS. I almost don't want to apply there just to avoid the temptation of a potential fullydm1683 wrote:poor kid took the poison apple from WUSTL instead of waiting and reapplying? they have a ton of prestige in UG and in medical fields.. i wouldnt write off the lay prestige. (obviously not comparable to yhs/duke, etc. but definitely better than most)Anon-e-miss wrote:The WUSTL trap is interesting. I'm from the midwest and hadn't heard of it until I looked into LS. I don't want to write it off entirely, but it is nowhere near Northwestern or Michigan in terms of midwestern lay prestige. It also has the highest percent of its UG student body from the 1% of any school, so make of that what you will.TWiiX wrote:they have a ton of prestige in UG and in medical fields.. i wouldnt write off the lay prestige. I strongly feel it has the least lay prestige amongst the top 20. That is a poor metric for making a decision, but its placement ability is concerning as well.
