7Sage or TestMasters Online

Post by Hermione4875 » Mon Feb 20, 2017 11:47 pm

I am studying for the June 2017 LSAT and want to take a course as well. I've narrowed it down to 7Sage and Testmasters. I will be retaking it in June and got a 160 in December and want to raise it 10 pts. I struggle with logic games and logical reasoning. Which course offers more? The best? I like the free trial of 7Sage and how they explain it, but does 7Sage compare to Testmasters?

Logic games is the most learnable part of the exam. I think you could save money by buying the Logic Games Bible and really drilling the games. With practice and patience, and an understanding of how to frame the game, you can get the results you're looking for without the money you look like you're spending.

If I have to recommend a course, it's 7sage, but the path I recommend taking is self-study.

I initially purchased the LG Bible and took a brick and mortar class. After one session, I quit the class and joined 7Sage with a basic package. Since they offer a 14 day refund, you can check it out and see if you like it!

After trying out 7Sage, I ended up investing in a better package, because I found the course to be of really high quality. I have not tried TM personally, but I did a lot of online reading before I settled on 7 over TM. For the cost, it can't be beat. 7Sage also offers very active review groups for the PT phase of study. I also have not opened the LG Bible since taking the course.

One thing to keep in mind is that 7Sage has explanations for all LGs open for free. The strategy outlined in the course is excellent, but I wanted to mention that this resource is available to you.
