Bar exam in my country or LSAT prep? Forum

I'm an LLB graduate and I am.now eligible to take the bar exam in my country (Sri Lanka). However, I am planning to settle in the US as a lawyer. So, I will be taking the June LSAT. But, I'm confused as to what is best. Whether I should do the Sri Lankan bar exam and then think about LSAT after January (I will have like four months and I'm a complete beginner), or whether I should start preparing for LSAT right now without sitting for the bar exam. Please help!
