I'm looking to apply for the current admissions cycle and am registered for the Dec LSAT. That being said, does the June LSAT serve any purpose for the current admission cycle?

You mean... does it serve a purpose after the schools have made all of their admissions decisions for that admissions year?

No, at that point most schools have filled up their seats. If you're on a waitlist somewhere, then it could help sway the decision in your favor if you show significant improvement.
