Taking LSAT at St. John's (Queens, NY)
Has anyone taken the LSAT at St. John's in Queens? I am taking the December test there and am wondering where on campus it is administered.
Can anyone tell me what the rooms and proctors are like as well? Many thanks in advance!

It will say on your ticket where exactly to report to once you're able to print it out. I haven't taken it at SJU buy I took it at a large uni and was left wondering what building to meet at until a few days before the examLaw2020hopeful wrote:Has anyone taken the LSAT at St. John's in Queens? Thank you! Can't print the ticket until November 8th and LSAC says nothing about the precise location and the link they give is to the general directions to SJU.
I just want to do a test run to figure out where I'm going exactly before game day.

That must be new. I'm from Queens also and in the past(I've taken it three times) the only available testing center was Queens College. I would have gladly taken it at St Johns had it been available.

Can you share your info about this location? Mainly, did you write on tables or on those desk-chairs?Law2020hopeful wrote:Has anyone taken the LSAT at St. John's in Queens? I am taking the December test there and am wondering where on campus it is administered.

For anyone looking in queens, (C?)SUNY School of Law was fantastic. Hofstra on LI is good too...I preferred (C?)SUNY... it's the one that is located at Two Court Square West (for some reason on my ticket it specified 'TWO - NOT 2')

I actually asked the proctor to make sure they were off prior to starting haha. I was really concerned of someone accidentally hitting it on or intentionally doing so after not doing so hot.CHyde wrote:Ayy took my test there too. Def confused me though... rooms weren't that big.

I ended up switching to CUNY in Manhattan on Convent Avenue. It was a good facility. Small desks BUT we were well spaced apart and the proctors let us keep our clear bags on the chairs next to us as opposed to at our feet (they were thoroughly checked for contraband before being admitted though). I found keeping my extra pencils on the chair next to me and just having the text and the booklet on the desk was a good set up.clueless801 wrote:Can you share your info about this location?
