If someone can help me understand the correct answer, D, and E, I would be most appreciative.
I was really confused by this question when I did it yesterday, confused regarding the answer choices not the dialogue.
This is how I broke it down:
A) The dialogue is not talking about unavoidable risks, only avoidable risks
C) Confusion in the minds of members of the public is never discussed
D) I chose this answer choice, but in BR eliminated it because of the word precision
If someone can tell me if my reasoning is correct, and explain why B and E are incorrect, I would be most appreciative.
Thanks in advance!!

E should be eliminated because T does not address the potential benefits of either (not) driving recklessly or eating organic food. You might think the benefits are obvious and so implied, but imo that's a huge stretch - far too much to assume on the lsat. Especially considering the organic example!
