Don't know what my problem is

Post by NigeranOU » Sun Jul 31, 2016 8:09 pm

I have truly stumbled into a condundrum that I do not know how to remedy. While checking the wrong inference questions I did, I will notice that I have diagrammed it completely right, but I still chose a different (wrong answer). How do I go about fixing this? I don't know if I am burned out, or overthinking, nervous, etc. But I can't afford to be making this petty mistakes less than two months out. please help.

How about you take 1 to 2 days off and relax a little.
Go to the beach , go the movies with friends, or just go the amusement park. Play a game on play station, anything that get your mind off the LSAT.
Today I took the day off. I was planning to study when I get home, but my head is hurting me, and honestly I am not in the mood to study today, so I better waste my time on something fun than forcing myself on reading a lesson from LSAT Trainer that I won't understand fully.

Sounds like you could use a 1-2 day break. Be kind to yourself. If your brain is worn out you will make mistakes.

To be honest though, diagraming something correctly and reading your diagram correctly are two different things. If you misinterpret what you write out, you could get it wrong. Likewise if you misinterpret the meaning of one of the answer options, you could be wrong. I say this to point out that it takes more than just diagramming correctly to get the right answer. It would be difficult for anyone here to tell you what your exact problem is. But if you can relax and re-charge a little, your attention to detail will improve and you may find that you aren't making those mistakes!
