How useful is Cambridge's LSAT Problem-Type Drilling Companion? Forum

Hello everyone,

So I know it's been a while since Cambridge stopped selling their drilling packets, but I found this textbook on their site: https://www.cambridgelsat.com/lsat-prob ... companion/

Is this a good alternative? Or should I just buy the PowerScore ones?

I don't think this book is for drilling but I'm not sure, the description is kinda weird. I'd just go with the PS book.

That book doesn't have any real LSAT questions, it says you have to get them separately. From my understanding it just helps you locate question types in the PTs, which you can easily do without spending money on this book. Just go with powerscore though.

Yup, that is indeed what it is. It just lists what type each question is, but requires you to buy all the Official Practice tests. The PS books are the way to go now. At least that is the consensus.

Yes, for most people the PS by-type books are the most convenient option at this point. For those who already purchased most or all of the LSAC books of ten, our book gives you page references for the questions and bubble sheets specifically for the problem sets. It's just a supplement for drilling if you already have or are planning to buy the LSAC books.
