Also I really need to hit trip-digits on the post count so I don't have to post links like a noob
just go to the "what are my chances" forum and post "retake" on every thread.

haha awesome pic

Not a bad suggestion. Should help refine my shit-posting skillzzz too

tbh I'm surprised that any judges take non-law school interns etc., it seems like you may have lucked out with the old position you had? but I have no idea.

at any rate, seems like you had a pretty sweet gig and there are a lot of upsides to working in a comfortable environment where you already have a good relationship with your boss. there is a lot to be said for that.
seconded, i'm not surprised at all that you aren't being hired with a judge. i feel like those positions are hard to get even if you ARE a law student

i ended up with a pretty sweet paid gig in college at a small law firm (that srsly changed my life), but when i was applying to law firms, i was competing with 6 other people for an unpaid internship with a crim defense lawyer, who wasn't even that impressive (it was only him, he mostly represented people w/ duis, etc). and i didn't get it! i would love to intern for a judge. i def say go back to where you were working before
Yeah most of the Judges I've called in the past few days either have interns already or only take law students. I for sure will be going back to where I was before, thanks guys! There's no harm in strengthening my connections with everyone I met right?? :D

I'm actually doing stuff at work today, it sucks.

Well, I actually watched the England-Wales game earlier in the morning so maybe I'm catching up from that.
i really wanted to watch this game, but missed it unfortunately. sounds like it had a hell of a finish.
Yeah, it was awesome. I missed the first half, but England had the pressure on the whole second and it was pretty satisfying to see them get the winner. Hope they both go through though!
haha yeah itll be nice to see wales have a decent run. I should have learned by now not to get my hopes up for england, but i cant help myself haha

Following the "adventure PW" theme (and also continuing the theme of using PW to make myself seem cooler than I probably am), I present for your consideration:

The lake is about 1000 vertical feet below us by this point. It was where we camped the night before.

This new poll speaks deeply to me. I had a dream last night that one of the little green boxes went gray and had some weird text file and I couldn't interpret it and slowly went mad trying to decipher if I got a 163 or a 136 (I remember these numbers exactly). Then I was trying to conclude if I got a perfect score on games or if I missed one.

This dream was very stressful. 1/10 would rather not stress like this again.

Lol this dream sounds very similar to Ayylmao's. I haven't had any major stress out dreams yet--I feel much more calm compared to Dec 2015--but I'm sure between June 22 and June 27 I'll be going nutz

Chalk me down for another reason to be excited to be moving to NY! I have a family friend who lives in Albany who I will probably visit occasionally to get out of the city, definitely looking forward to exploring the state.

ETA: I don't think I ever, in all my time of practicing, EVER got a perfect logic game. They are the bane of my existence. On my real test, I went -1 on LG and was so embarrassed when I realized I had missed the first question of the section. My friend/LSAT study partner will never let me live that down.

I'll hop on the travel PW train

Here's a view from the top of a castle in Lewes, England ft. my girlfriend's back - http://imgur.com/0NyEGrh

And what is admittedly the most photogenic picture I've taken, at said castle - http://imgur.com/Pt1BTO3
