Hi
I was pting way above what I scored, But bombed and got a 148. Considering the april powerscore online course. If I do prep full time starting in March for the June test, is 10-12 points of an increase attainable?
My first score was a 141. So I increased 7 points in about a month. I was pting at 158.
Any input would be great.

well, before the December test I put in a few months with a good amount of hours/ day. Less pting more drilling. Felt like I could get high 150s but bombed. Bc the scores released so late, I had about 1 month to get ready for February. I did a lot of strictly timed sections. Got my timing down for everything but RC. But still didnt perform like I did in my practice.
I plan on diving back into it for the 3 months leading into the June test. Ill get my books back out and maybe take a course, bc I feel like I can do so much better than 148.. And I dont want to squander my GPA.

Yea, I agree. That is what i'm thinking I will do. LG is my strongest section. So if I can go from -5 to -1 or 0 that would be huge!zeglo wrote:I started with a 151 diagnostic. For a month after studying, I actually went down. I slowly climbed to a 160 after one more month. But I still had volatile tendencies and dropped a lot on some tests.
What helped me was strictly practicing logic games for several weeks. I got games to -0, then somehow everything improved, too. Confidence?
You need more time to stabilize your mind and have long-term brain development. Logic games may help the most. I studied October through January, recently scoring 165. Reading is my worst section. I didn't actually see true improvement in my ability until January. Therefore, I'd recommend perfecting logic games while giving your mind time to absorb long-term skills.
Thanks much for your input
