the thing I find funny about Warren is she claims that not voting on a new SCOTUS judge undermines the Constitution when there is no such constitutional requirement (https://www.bloomberg.com/view/articles ... nstitution -- actually a very interesting article by an H professor)34iplaw wrote:I feel like she would grade very harshly against views that deviated from her own.SweetTort wrote:Alexandros wrote:I appreciated the law school talk a couple min ago.SweetTort wrote:Just ate a shit ton of candy, being lazy.

With a gridlocked government, the next SCOTUS appointee is bound to be the most powerful figure in government.
...I volunteer as tribute.

Oh of course!! I love Pizza Hut more than the other places. It's tragic that my closest one closed down and now the closest one is far as hellproteinshake wrote:but can we agree pizza hut has the best breadsticksTheMikey wrote:Jeez guys, let me gtfo of here before these temptations become a reality and it results in me not sleeping because I'm full of bread and cheese.. If you are willing to bring me pizza and cheese breadsticks from Pizza Hut, then I am willing to give you some mediocre half-assed LSAT tutoring.

That sounds scary. The two things that terrify me are rats and thunder.TheMikey wrote:Yeah I guess. I've had it all day but it got progressively worse towards like 4:30 when all of that rain started pouring down within 2 seconds.ngogirl12 wrote:Maybe you were just tired and not thinking straight. You said you have a horrid headache, right?TheMikey wrote:Looking over the 5 questions I got wrong earlier during my timed LR section, and I just feel like a complete idiot. I didn't even suspect 3 of them as being wrong, and 2 I did and "BRed" them but in a very rushing manner so I could get back to my Judge's chambers. Should've taken more time to BR, but now that I'm doing it, I have no clue why I even chose some of these answers lmao.
There was this one question that gave me the BIGGEST issue out of the whole section. I thought it was one of the hardest in this section, and when I go to the 7sage video for it, this dude J.Y says it's an easy one and gave it a level 2 difficulty. *facepalm* I suck
OH, DID I MENTION THIS. When I was walking to the bus, I looked behind me for a second and a lightning strike hit down like 40 feet behind me! When I saw that shit, my headache got even worse. There was this lady who was a bit closer to it than I was and she screamed SO loud. Today was just not a good day.
I think you were just tired from a long day, and maybe your brain needed a rest.

In other news I went to Staples today and bought an electrical sharpener and the 34 pack of Staedtler Norica's. I'm in love with them. They look so classy. I just love love LOVE them!
Oh and my car decided to have its battery drained since I haven't driven it in a few weeks. WHAT? So, now I have to call AAA tomorrow, and apparently drive it once a week. :/
