Australian LSAT
Will the February LSAT in Australia (28th) be the same as the US one (today)?

It won't be the same test. Given the time difference between when the two are administered, LSAC isn't going to use the same test, otherwise there'd be a much bigger risk of cheating. I took the LSAT in Australia back in October of 2013.
