Yeah the LR you felt strong about was probably the same one I felt strong about, which is why I feel like I may have gone -3 there, and -5/6 on the harder one. December I think only felt harder because of how badly game 3 shit on everyones mind. When I got the test back, they seemed way easier. I blame it on the anxiety.RonnyDiniro wrote:I felt strong on one of the LR's. I figure I most likely missed 2, and 3 at absolute most. For the other LR, I think I most likely missed 2 or 3, 5 at most. These are my predictions though, and as I've said...history shows I can't predict for shit.hopeful168 wrote:No joke Ronny, were on the same boat. Its like, I strongly feel that passage 1 and 2 I went -1 total. But as for hedges, I gave it my best and flat out guessed on passage 3. So unless what I actually did for hedges was on point and correctly guess at least 1 correct on passage 3, then Im looking at like -5 total. On the other hand, I could have bombed hedges, and guessed everything wrong for 3 and be at like -11, screw it add another 1 or 2 from the first two passages and I'm at 13.RonnyDiniro wrote:Welcome hopeful. UCLA is one of my top choices as well. I'm also hoping for at least a 168. I think my score will be completely determined by how I did on RC...I have no clue how I did. Could have went -5 or -15 lol.hopeful168 wrote:Totally been lurking this thread ever since the day of the exam. Felt like it was necessary to vent my thoughts on the exam before I lose my mind.
3rd time taking the test, so the pressure is mad real.. Cancelled the first score, hit a 157 on the December. Goal schools were T15-20, preferably USC or UCLA. After December, I realized a lot of anxiety was hitting me during lsat practice let alone the actual test. Started developing ways to counter act that and hit that 168 as I thoroughly knew the material at this point. Got into the Logic games early on in the feb test, and had a Logic game experimental as well. As a near perfect LG scorer I felt extremely confident finishing with time to spare this test. As I got to my first LR, all I remember doing is completing it on time and guessing for only one question, which was that physics/psych mindfreak of a question. Went on break feeling GREAT. Came back and hit a brick on the second LR. It wasn't the worst I had done, but I do remember rushing more to complete the section and guessing at least on 2-3 questions (My avg is about 5 wrong an LR section). Finally get to RC.. as I start to handle the first two passages with ease, the comparative throws me on a loop and I skip to the hedges. Unfortunately, the hedges wasn't a walk in the park for me, and ended up feeling unconfident with it, and to top it off I had no time and resorted to guessing on 5 questions in the comparative.
My mind has been thinking up scenarios left and right since the test. The bright side, is that I felt better overall compared to the December and had no anxiety this time around. LG in December was horrible, but on Feb felt cake. As long as everything else stays the same at least, I feel that my score will increase a bit. The goal score is basically hoping I didn't bomb the LR2 and RC.
TL;DR : Tripping hard.
Hope everyone in this thread is doing well, and may this test score be the highest you've all ever hit.
Hopefully we both are at UCLA soon!
How did you feel for LR? Im banking on like maybe 8-9 total? Which is why its all up to RC lol..
I thought Dec LR was tougher overall than Feb though

That's very true. After G3 I actually had trouble comprehending sentences on all the other parts because I was so stressed out. I would read two words and my brain would backtrack to G3hopeful168 wrote:Yeah the LR you felt strong about was probably the same one I felt strong about, which is why I feel like I may have gone -3 there, and -5/6 on the harder one. Re: The Official February 2016 Waiter's Thread
I've been trying to stay out of it because I know for a fact I won't get the early notification for Feb. and my predictions generally suck. Also, when I make a prediction and it is wrong, I get a few hate emails every time. Although not the 700 I got when I did my April Fool's joke.RonnyDiniro wrote:Don't believe soamta wrote:have Spivey and Killoran graced this thread with their predictions and/or musings yet?RonnyDiniro wrote: 3rd I believe
