Re: The Official February 2016 Waiter's Thread
Does anyone have any insight on whether our chances of admission at T-14 schools significantly drop submitting with a February LSAT. I took it in December and submitted first week of January, but asked all my schools to hold off on a decision until my February score released. I'm wondering if that was the right decision .!

Re: The Official February 2016 Waiter's Thread
I think it could definitely have some impact. I also asked schools to wait until the score, though, because without a higher score I would have probably gotten rejected anyway and waitlisted at best (for t14). So I think it's a matter of weighing the costs and benefits to your particular situation.Nlawsing wrote:Does anyone have any insight on whether our chances of admission at T-14 schools significantly drop submitting with a February LSAT. Though, I was pretty selective in asking schools; I specifically asked schools I have little chance at, while going with my December score for those I had a good chance at admittance at.

All this score waiting is making me think about life a bit too much..
Should I quit my job and let go of a nice salary because it makes me want to die everyday? And my boss makes me do intern-level work (get her food, attend meetings for her) when my prior job was leading a team of 40+ people through the largest project my company had ever seen as a manager. I hate my boss too.

I mean.........only a few months until law school (unless you're next cycle).....could stick it out....or you could save up and spend the time traveling...but don't listen to me. I'm a bit too much of a dreamerlizzielemon wrote:All this score waiting is making me think about life a bit too much..

I feel bad for Jebbie Bush. Smart lad and a great governor, but unfortunately the Trumpster and his last name got the best of him.

Re: The Official February 2016 Waiter's Thread
I'm worried about this as well, mainly because if you look at some of the threads it seems like some schools just waitlisted a bunch of folks who had strong numbers. I saw that Michigan even said in the email it was so that they wouldn't be over enrolled. But at this point we've just got a week and some change left before the scores are out anyway so I don't see much use in trying to ask them to un-hold it and review. Let's just hope our scores come back where we want them and this will be less of an issue.Nlawsing wrote:Does anyone have any insight on whether our chances of admission at T-14 schools significantly drop submitting with a February LSAT. I'll be extremely upset if that happens to me cause my first score was literally no where near where I've progressed to this round. I'd hate myself forever lolMiamiHeat3 wrote:I had a nightmare that I only increased my score by ONE point!!! I was so upset in my dream lolAbbeyS wrote:Me neither. What is everyone's guess for the release day?
Mine is February 29th, since Feb LSATs typically come out 3 days early. I wouldn't be surprised if it came March 3rd though.

Yup, the 29th is my guess. I hope they take advantage of the leap year and get our scores back to us on the 29th since they'll have to wait four more years for another leap year.AbbeyS wrote:What is everyone's guess for the release day?
