LSAT Prep Tests
Are the PrepTests that are part of LSACs "the official lsat super prep" book reliable gauges of actual LSATs? I took PrepTest A today and did better than other practice tests I have taken, but felt like it was of similar difficulty. Is it safe to say my score went up as a result of my work so far or are these preptests easier?

Re: LSAT Prep Tests
Is this the new Super Prep? They just released a new edition this year. If it's the new one, I assume they're recent tests. If it's the old one, they're fairly old tests (though certainly not easier, just slightly different). You should try to do as many practice tests as you can! That is the only way to know for sure how well you are doing.beenoparte125 wrote:Are the PrepTests that are part of LSACs "the official lsat super prep" book reliable gauges of actual LSATs? Thanks! I just looked at it's the 2007 book, and it's made up of pieces of old tests.
My strategy is to take as many as possible, yeah, so i grabbed this one today just to see. I did 5 points better than my previous best, giving me a 175, but I did make an effort to focus and I had been isolating a few sections between this and my last practice test, so I feel good about that. I'll take another more recent test later this week to crush my confidence though.

I actually don't think it's pieces of old tests. I think tests A, B, and C were complete tests. They were February tests, which are usually not released. But they are quite old and would I think fall in the twenties or thirties if they were in the series of regular PrepTests.beenoparte125 wrote:clovis wrote:Is this the new Super Prep?
