Hey everybody!

This is my first post to the forum, so apologies if this is an overdone topic. All I noticed were advertisements for these sorts of watches, but I wanted to check on the validity of them.

The LSAC website only specifies 'analog' watches. I'm considering purchasing one of these watches with the four different sections - http://lsatwatch.webs.com/apps/webstore ... ow/1229879.

Can someone confirm whether or not these are okay to use during the June 2016 LSAT?

Those will do fine! As long as they are analog, you're good. Digital watches generally just list out the time in numbers, while analog watches have three hands on a circle, like a traditional clock. Also, remember that you're not allowed to bring your cellphone to the testing center. Good luck!

Keep in mind, you could just buy any analog watch with a rotating bezel, and mark the time for each section with a sharpie. That's what I did. The watch was cheaper, the battery lasted longer, and it was actually just as quick (if not quicker) to reset between each sections with the bezel.

Just my $0.02. I think the "LSAT watches" are sort of a rip off.

I used one (from this site) for the October test, no problems. I found it really useful actually, really glad I spent the money. Having the instant visual of what section I needed to be on at that moment as well as a small buffer at the end to fill in blanks or review was worth the small cost.

Thanks all! I actually bought a Casio with a rotating bezel. Cheaper and I don't have to worry about resetting it every time.

my first lsat, I used an lsat watch. I broke mid-test. 1st section, was already nervous and the watch breaking caused me to give up
