Well, reusing PTs is not to gauge your performance progress because it won't. It allows you to think over the reasoning once again, keep your mind sharpened and address weaknesses and doubts you may still have. Just force yourself to think on your feet and you should be fine.

Just buy new tests and scan them...I don't think anyone can memorize all 76 practice tests...even if you did, it would make you proficient enough to understand every new lsat question that the test makers will throw at you.
