Resurrected Games

Post by LitigatingLiar » Thu Nov 05, 2015 4:52 pm

I've read that over the last couple of years, LSAC has brought back games that hadn't been seen in years. Which ones are these and on what tests are they so I can make sure to practice these before December 5th gets here. It's crunch time. Thanks.

Off the top of my head, only the transfer game was different and it was really just a miscellaneous, not a forgotten type. Stick with drilling by type and these odd balls will resemble a usual type closely enough for you to get by. The transfer game was just a multi layered sequencing with 4 layers and few rules

Cambridge has a packet called something like "unusual games" and it includes mapping, pattern, repeatedly changing sequences (e.g., the "word game" game and the chemical mixing game), and a couple other types. I think the LG Bible has a chapter on rare games too.
