Chill. Take two days off. Study hard for 4 but not all day hard. Take the day before off and get your mind right.

I'm going through the same thing. I'm in the typical situation; full time college student and working part time while studying. It's a lot; for me I feel like the test, along with schoolwork, is always on my mind which drains a lot of my mental endurance. Often by the time I sit down to practice I am already drained simply from my mind running. I really think it's all related to stress. In order to relieve stress, one needs to get out and do things that do not involve studying/thinking about the test. Exercise, hanging out with friends, going for a drink, whatever.. basically anything to get your brain out of "holy shit the lsat is soon" mentality. For me, whenever I go practice with a clear head and not worked up or stressed about it, I do much better. Once you "reboost" by taking a day off, you should feel better. After all, it is just a test. Essentially, distract yourself to reboot your brain.

To answer your question more concisely: One day off with a great nights rest will do justice.
