Please help me drive into my skull why my reasoning is incorrect for the following questions:
Question #15: "Main Point" of the Intellectual Property passage.
The right answer is listed as "A". However, but I feel this is way too narrow. Throughout the entire passage, the author talks about the web and it's need to remain a free and open exchange in order to live up to its potential. What is referenced in answer "A" is merely an example used by the author to prove "C", which is why I think "C" is the Main Point.
Question 25: The phrase "documentary record" primarily refers to..."
Right answer is listed as "D". However, lines 19-20 say "supplement or correct the documentary record". How would the new form of analysis "correct" the documentary record of governments recording what was actually going on at the time? Further, paragraph 3 is all about the how the new analysis method can "correct" historians' analysis based on the moldboard plough. Therefore, using context clues only, Answer "E" is the only one that fully encompasses the author's use of "documentary record" to include both documentation from sources at the time (paragraph 4 "flax") and historians' analyses (paragraph 3 "moldboard").
Thanks in advance.

Don't argue with hard RC questions. Just accept that they're impossible and move on.
