Why do you think some PTs are not published by LSAC?

Post by stcait » Sat Aug 15, 2015 4:12 pm

Hi,
Just wondering...why do you think some PTs are not published by LSAC?
Is it because they think those PTs do not reflect current tendency or they want to re-use some questions from those unpublished PTs or...
Just wondering because they started to restrict PDF PTs, so wonder why.
Any thoughts?

I think it's because those PTs are used for overseas administrations.

February tests are not disclosed because LSAC plans to use them later, e.g. overseas tests. I took the June test in Asia and it was one of the previous February tests. They also want to use them for internal research, etc.

They recently ceased to license some third party companies PDF PTs because they want to sell the tests themselves and make more money. That's a whole different issue.
