Increasing LG Speed
I've been studying for about two and half months now in preparation for the October LSAT and am at the point where my LG accuracy is very high, but I'm still a bit slow. I've taken LSATs 52, 53, and 54 and finished the 53 LG section in time with -0, but on 52 I was right up against the time limit and got the last two questions wrong as a result and on 54 I gave myself seven extra minutes to finish the LG section since otherwise I would have barely started the fourth game. I think part of the problem is that when I've been drilling, I'll do one game and then check the answers for it before moving on to another game, and unfamiliarity with the change in pacing required for the actual LSAT is slowing me down. So I've changed that to better simulate testing conditions. Does anyone have any other particular strategies or other suggestions for consistently finishing LG sections within the time limit beyond repetition?

Drill entire sections and give yourself a 25-28 minute time limit and force yourself to do easy games very quickly ( 5 mins under) so you can do the difficult ones in around 10 minutes. You still got 8 weeks you can definitely get the -0 comfortable level with some diligence and hardworkDante181 wrote:I've been studying for about two and half months now in preparation for the October LSAT and am at the point where my LG accuracy is very high, but I'm still a bit slow. ^ exactly. Do full sections since the games are designed to complement each other timing-wise.
Also, if you don't do games quickly enough, do them again the next day. I made multiple copies of every single game to really hammer down efficient techniques and timing.
If you haven't already, watch the free 7Sage LG explanations. Maybe you'll learn something new that will shave valuable seconds (or even minutes) off your total time.
