LR Prep Material

Post by Talarose » Tue Jul 07, 2015 12:12 am

What do you guys suggest? It is my biggest weakness and what I plan on focusing on for October. I've heard Cambridge, 7sage, etc. there's so many I'm not sure which one to use? Or do I need a combination? Any help would be appreciated. I really want to be at -0/-1 come test day.

7sage is excellent, and I am speaking from experience. I bought his starter course, and I am very pleased I did. At first I did not think I was doing any good because I was still missing stupid questions, but I previously studied for like 2 weeks a few months back, and made notations in my PSB and when I went back to just reread some portions in the book where I made notations, I realized I was such a scrub when I first started studying for this test lollol. 7sage also helped me a ton in understanding statements with intersection logic, such as "some," and "most." I can keep going, but to condense what I want to say, I will just tell you that 7sage is also good because listening to him make certain comments like "how the hell is this supported?" or "we just don't know this," makes you think of those comments in your head when you are choosing the answer choices, and it sounds kind of weird, but it actually helps you pick out the right answer because in your mind you are critiquing the answer choices lol. I also have the Manhattan prep book, and I was happy with everything, but was not really thrilled with their conditional logic section, I felt like the PSB was better, so in conclusion I recommend PSB, Cambridge drill packets, and 7sage.
