Retake or not

Post by flgrad2014 » Wed Jul 01, 2015 8:45 pm

Ok just got my June score and it wasn't as bad as I thought but I could have done a lot better. My score is 155 and I have a 3.55 GPA and I want to get into UF. I have a decent resume and I know one of my LOR is amazing but those are just soft factors. Should I apply with what I have or should I retake in Sept/Oct and then submit application? Would it be too late by then?

October is common, December is considered "late" but still acceptable

Do you know if they average the scores? I've heard mixed answers but I'm hoping that since my score is in their 25%tile it wont hurt me too bad as long as my next score is a huge improvement
