Which 2 sets of practice test should I buy?

Post by AlexandraHope » Mon Jun 15, 2015 1:16 am

I'm taking the October LSAT and I want to do a couple of timed practice tests. Since I am paying for pretty much everything out of pocket by myself, which sets of practice tests were the most helpful to you? Practice Tests were LG were the main focus would be the most helpful-weakest area.

You'll need to do more than two...

From my understanding you purchase them in sets of ten, is that not correct?

You're right. I would buy the most recent one, which is 62-71. If you need more PTs you can always buy more.

In my infinite wisdom I bought the PT books that had practice tests in the 20s and 30s (they were on sale and I didn't question it).. didn't realize that the test has changed a bit since then. I found this out pretty soon before the June LSAT and kinda freaked out, but I think these old ones actually helped me on the weird LGs that everyone was upset about. I was used to tackling different sorts of games and was expecting to not be super comfortable with the game types and it worked out for me! Plus the old ones are cheaper, so if you are on a budget I don't think taking the old ones would hurt as long as you have one new book! Good luck :))
