This is reasonable to expect for some. I do better when I annotate less, trust my instinct on most questions, and don't over-think and start second-guessing myself, all of which equate to spending less time on passages. Also, which PTs are you using right now? RC can get a little more difficult as you move up in numbers, and it seems like there are more "fuck you" questions.
