September retaker, just took practice test 74. I have been averaging a 166 on practice tests but just took the latest December exam and got a 162. This is the worst I have done on a practice test while studying for February. Is it possible I only did so much better on the previous practice tests due to having seen them before in previous studying? Starting to doubt my confidence. Worried about this because I experienced a 6 point drop on test day last time.

Did you not take completely fresh tests? Seeing questions on a test before is a huuuge no no for using that score as representative of your current ability.

They are questions that I may have seen a year ago when studying for the first time i took the test. Kind of tough to not reuse, even from a long time ago, after studying so much. Pretty much impossible to take completely fresh tests if you've ever studied for the LSAT before.
