I plan on drilling the Cambridge packets
but was wondering if, book-wise, the LSAT Trainer & LG Bible are enough by themselves

It depends on what works best for you. For book instruction, I am only using the LSAT Trainer, and complimenting it with all fo the PrepTests and Cambridge packets. Others use many different instruction books. Personally I think there is more value in the drilling than getting every possible angle of instruction out there.

This is a difficult question to answer simply because everyone is different in their study needs. For some people I'd say yes, those are sufficient study materials.
But for the majority, I'd recommend going a little deeper. Interactive materials and peer-studying can be highly valuable. Feel free to PM me if you'd like to talk further:)
