You usually don't really diagram on necessary. You might with sufficient assumptions though.

Uh, if you're looking for a straight count I probably diagram anywhere between 3-4 Q's a test? I wouldn't go into a test looking for a set number to be diagramming though...

If you aren't having any timing issues, it really doesn't matter what pictures you're drawing on the test, necessary or not. If you find out during BR that you're missing questions that you probably should have diagrammed, then adjust accordingly?

0 for necessary. About 10% of the time for sufficient. Every so often for MUst be true. I think if you are just starting try and diagram as much as you need. I used to diagram a lot, but you get to a point where for many questions it becomes more intuitive. Right now I'll probably diagram twice for the entire test.
