Hi friends,
I have copies of the PowerScore Logical Reasoning and Logic Games prep books that were published in 2004. Have there been any significant changes in LSAT material since then? Should I bite the bullet and shell out the money for totally up to date texts? Thanks so much.

Yeah, there have been large significant additions and revisions made to both the LRB and LGB since the 2004 versions. If memory serves, I think the 2004 LGB was still the 232 page version one from when the book was first published in 2002 with only typo and other minor revisions/errata corrections.
The current versions are up to date about everything that has happened/popped up on LSATs in the last ten years since 2004 plus are more in depth about advanced concepts and techniques, more drills, etc.

Do note that the Passage A/Passage B RC passages were only added in 2007 (I believe). But, since you're working with only LR and LG Bibles, you should be alright.
I will say, I fee like I've noticed some differences in trends in the last five or so years of LG. Less In and Out Grouping Games, for instance. It may be worth upgrading to a more recent LG book. We just released a good one -- message me if you'd like more information.
Best of luck,
