This comes close to a public disservice announcement.

I suppose this is true in the rare instance that a passage goes like this: "Here are a couple prominent viewpoints, and here is mine, too." But if you can find more than three instances accross 74 PT's, I'll eat my words.

Questions that ask you about the Author's purpose are different than the questions that ask you about the author's Main Point (Main Idea).

You have to use different parts of the text to figure out the credited reponse.
