NYC/Brooklyn/Queens Testing Center Reviews
Trying to avoid Brooklyn College again, as it was beyond horrible in September. Concerned that South Shore High School's desks will be too small. Considering Medgar Evers College, but I cannot find a single review online. I've heard fantastic things about Wagner, however, and that might be worth the car fare. I'm also willing to go into Manhattan, but I've heard mixed reviews of both Pace and CUNY.
Noticing reviews online are sparing, so if you've tested within the few years, please share your experience.
Brooklyn:
MEDGAR EVERS COLLEGE
SOUTH SHORE HIGH SCHOOL
Manhattan:
PACE UNIV
CUNY - CITY COLLEGE OF NEW YORK
Queens:
LAGUARDIA COMMUNITY COLLEGE
CUNY SCHOOL OF LAW
QUEENS COLLEGE
Staten Island:
WAGNER COLLEGE

I enjoy the last option on the poll.
South Shore HS - I took my SATs there. It was pretty nice. I've heard mixed reviews about Pace.
I would do Queens college.
PRAY FOR ME COME DEC. CUZ I'LL BE AT BROOKLYN COLLEGE SWEATING AND POSSIBLY FAINTING.
ETA: Desks at South Shore were fine.

Is Touro, in Brooklyn, not available? I took it there and it was awesome. I got my own table (not a desk, a table), the proctor was good and quiet, the room was big and spacious. All in all, I actually ended up enjoying it.

Does Pace have generously sized desks/tables? It might be my best option.

Wagner College is the BOOM! I had a huge desk to myself (like a two seater desk), the room was half empty (there were like 8 people in the room), plus they have a free shuttle service to and from the Staten Island ferry.
It's paradise, no distractions, proctors were great and experienced (overheard a proctor say that she's been doing it 10+Yrs). I would rate the test center as a 10 out of 10.

South Shore High School was fine. Had no issues there last year.

Sfogs - update on Brooklyn College - they fixed the heat situation! But some people complained it was too cold.

Re: NYC/Brooklyn/Queens Testing Center Reviews
I took the Oct 2013 LSAT at Pace and do not recommend it. Mostly because I was in a classroom with small sized desks and it didn't feel like everything fit on my desk at the same time. We were organized into rooms based on when you arrived (so perhaps earlier arrivals were in a large lecture hall). There were also long lines to check-in and use the bathroom, which added to the stress. One plus was that the proctors were relatively organized and things started on time.
I then took the June 2014 LSAT at CUNY Law in Queens and would recommend it. We were divided into large lecture halls by last name. The desks were the long lecture room types, and there was more than enough space for everything. My only issue was that the proctors seemed disorganized and we waited about an hour or so just to be given room assignments. If waiting around gets to your head, then maybe reconsider this site.
Hope this helps!

Took it in CUNY Law - took a decent amount of time to start. Proctors seemed confused/flustered at times (didnt know protocol). Also could've done without the occasional chatter/frequent door opening/closing. That being said, plenty of room on the desk.

Re: NYC/Brooklyn/Queens Testing Center Reviews
I took December LSAT in the South Shore High School. I loved it.
While getting there was a bit a hassle, the rest went extremely well. Everything was organized well. For example, we got to start the actual test at 8.55am. The proctor was very helpful. Rooms were clean. Descs were pretty good size (booklet, answer sheet, watch, pencils, and etc fit on the desk just fine). All classrooms had a working clock. We even could leave the room before the packets were distributed to use the bathroom.
I had absolutely no issues with the center.
Also, there were about 20 students per room, so it was very quite.

I took the Dec exam at Hofstra. I loved it there- big desks, nice rooms, comfortable seats and has parking. I would highly recommend. BTW, i have no experience of any other site.

Can anyone tell me the parking situation at south shore high school? I tried calling them, but the automated machine lists 10 other schools to connect to.

If anyone has more recent reviews on South Shore HS or CUNY in LIC, it would be much appreciated
