It is kind of a hybrid. 7sage classifies it as a "misc" question.

Not quite point at issue: disagree because it doesn't ask what exactly they disagree about.

I had no clue what do on this, even though I knew it had to be one or the other so I just treated as a straight up inference question. I ended up with (A) even though I see why it was (C).
