Things are NOT looking up
Hello everyone,
I am an undergrad who is applying to law school within the next month, hoping for a school in the DC area. 3.44 GPA/166 LSAT. Just recently took the LSAT in September and pretty sure I did worse. Will this effect me negatively to the point where it would be better to cancel? Is it school specific, if so this is where I plan to apply:
Goals:
Reach:
UVA
Georgetown
Target:
GW
Safety:
Maryland
and a few others.
Thanks for your help in advance.

Re: Things are NOT looking up
You need to wait out a cycle or retake in december. You will not get your reaches, and you'll pay near full tuition at GW (which, going here, is a terrible idea).

Why did you make a second thread? You know what you need to do.

This is whether or not to cancel if I think I did worse and the possible ramifications? Only added the schools in case the answers are school specificMcAvoy wrote:Why did you make a second thread? You know what you need to do.

Define "pretty sure I did worse"

I had answers for everything. Felt alright going into Break. After break at LG then LR and had trouble with LG, may have guessed on a couple but kind of a blur because I was rushing to make time. Doubt I got less than a few wrong. Then for LR after that was kind of bummed over the LG and I answered all with time remaining but I feel as if I got a few wrong because I was bummed out.Dirigo wrote:Define "pretty sure I did worse"

Lowest Ive ever gotten in Practice Tests ever was 161, and more often 163. Highest was 170. Typically around 164-167. Took maybe 20 coming into the September Test

That doesn't sound like grounds for canceling. Calm yoself.niplomo wrote:I had answers for everything. Felt alright going into Break.
