Online help for Multiple Choice Questions Forum

Where can I find online help, preferably free, for the Multiple Choice Questions? I'm working with self-preparation books and have questions on the books' given answers. For example, I don't understand why for a given passage, some choice is wrong or right. Is there a forum or somewhere online, for people who are happy to help each other with their issues, by reading the passage, question, and answers?

In addition to the resources that were posted above, try to follow the format that you see other people questions in in order to consistently get results. For example, Test 45, Section 2, Question 4 is often written as: PT45 S2 Q4. There are some variants, but they don't differ too much.
