Best gameday diaper brand? Forum

What's the most discreet/comfortable/accessible diaper brand that I can use on gameday? Preferably something where I can urinate and not have anyone notice (via smell or sound). This is not a joke, I have bowel issues and, as I understand it, there is a pretty large gap in time between entering the test room and the first break. Thanks.
