expired license-valid identifcation? Forum

I was reading through some old threads and it seems like LSAC used to prohibit expired licenses from being used as identification on test day. However, on LSAC.com they now list licenses expired within 90 days as acceptable forms of ID. Does anybody know if/ when LSAC changed this policy? Are expired licenses now considered valid forms of identification?

hmmm good point. Some of the proctors seem like they would love nothing more than to kick somebody out of the test center. The last time I took the test they were power tripping hard, yelling at people and being generally unpleasant individuals

then use your expired ID as ID

if you want insurance, print out LSAC's email (which states the ID requirements) and show them if they give you trouble

Anyone know if it will matter if your current license displays a picture taken when you were 16 and are now 22-23? Not much has changed but a haircut

My license has a picture of me at 17 and I had no issues - took test at age 22. I actually don't think I'm scheduled for a new photo until I'm 30….
