If you have a disability that prevents you from doing well on the test and you don't have the ability to appeal, I would say don't take the test.

Focus on getting better/getting a solid diagnosis and if you're still not medically in shape for December, figure out how to get your request for accommodation and any appeals ready for the winter. By then, your illness will have more documentation and hopefully, if you need accommodation, you can make your case properly.

I would not take the test. It would be money down the drain and would use up one of your attempts (based on your prediction of doing poorly). If you aren't ready for the LSAT, health included, don't take it.

Plus, I'd be more concerned about getting your health issue worked out than about the LSAT, its not going anywhere.
