Using the Cambridge Books

Post by Lying Lawyer » Sun Aug 10, 2014 4:02 pm

So I'm thinking of picking up the LR by Cambridge to work on drilling. I think working by question type should reinforce the process for each question type before doing tests that have them all mixed in. I'm thinking about tests 21-40 and working on that one. I am undecided yet about getting it for LG. My question is, is it better to go through the Bibles (which is what I have) and then do the Cambridge books or work on the specific question type after each chapter. Also should I break them down? Work on part right now and save some for later or all in one shot? I plan on testing Saturday mornings with real tests from 51 on til December. I thought about using 41-50 for timing myself. Using those tests to break it down by section. Try to get the first ten questions in 10 minutes and 15 in 15 minutes. That will be the weekdays as I work so testing in the middle of the week will be impossible. The only real tests I can do will be Saturday mornings. I'll get up early and go through the routine I will go through on test day. Any suggestions.
